From the moment Andy came in the first time, until he left the final time, he was always professional, personal and a wealth of information. The first thing that struck me as different is he did not offer to do what I had requested. He informed me it was not necessary. I really appreciated that insight, as it would have cost me thousands of dollars, vs the hundreds I paid. It was nice to have someone take the time to explain the natural issues with my granite countertops, and how to clean, reseal and then keep them nice vs an entire refinish. On the second visit, to actually do the work, I asked if it was possible to put a hole in a desktop, Andy happily agreed, gave me a cost and bam! the hole the original builder should have put into the top was there.
Top to bottom, excellent service and no oversell! That is the best thing I can say about someone, is that they explained I did not need what I thought I needed, and instead did what was right.
